Welcome back Warriors! The STAG Project Podcast hosted by Sebastian Valentin returns for another episode on the fundamentals of becoming the greatest version of yourself! On this week's episode, the special guest is Conor, one of Sebastian close friends. Conor and Sebastian are both in AFROTC and studying aerospace engineering at PSU.

The 7th episode of the fundamentals season deals with the concept of commitment. This is a BIG topic for the world we live in today! We discuss commitment in your goals and dreams, but also in relationships that you have with the people around you. Topics such as insecurity, confidence, and taking action are debated and brought up to bring the definition of this concept full circle.
